Technicians out in the field can retrieve current information as they need it, products, inventory, pricing, customer history etc…. They record actions for each job as they go. The client signs the hand held device as proof of delivery, the technician presses submit and the information is sent back to the office in real time. A copy of the Invoice is sent to the client via fax or email immediately. Accounts department can view the transaction totals from the control panel, and at the push of a button easily ledger the information into the current accounting system saving on administrative costs.
This live circuit between Service Managers and Technicians results in a better quality of service for customers and improved profitability for the service organization.
